KCON is returning to Saudi Arabia next month, marking the second Korean culture convention to be held in the kingdom.
Second KCON
This year’s star-studded lineup includes RIIZE, SUPER JUNIOR-D&E, KARD, 8TURN, Hyolyn, Highlight, and EVERGLOW will be performing on the first day.
Super Junior, OH MY GIRL, TNX, EL7Z UP, TEMPEST, Dreamcatcher, and EVNNE will be performing on the second day.
Hyolyn will make her second appearance at KCON in the country. Additionally, Super Junior, who was appointed as the ambassador of the Saudi Arabia Tourism Authority back in May, has previously performed in Saudi Arabia.
Last year’s event welcomed 20,000 offline attendees and attracted 8.2 million viewers across 213 regions. Performers included the likes of SUNMI, PENTAGON, RAIN, NewJeans, and ATEEZ.
KCON was also held in Abu Dhabi in 2016, amassing 8,000 attendees.
When and where
KCON Saudi Arabia 2023 will be held on October 6 and 7 at Boulevard Riyadh City.
Other regional concerts
Additionally, ‘Hyperound K-Fest 2023’ will also return to Abu Dhabi in November, with ENHYPEN, Peakboy, Sunmi, Cherry Bullet, DPR Ian, XG, and Epik High set to take the stage.
SUPER JUNIOR subunit SUPER JUNIOR D&E, which consists of members Donghae and Eunhyuk, is scheduled to hold its first concert in Dubai in November.
