BTOB exit
BTOB members Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lee Changsub, Im Hyunsik, Peniel, and Yook Sungjae have been with the agency for 11 years.
“We held thorough discussions with each member before the end of their second exclusive contracts,” Cube Entertainment said in a statement. “As a result, both parties agreed to not renew the contracts.”
“We truly support and root for the future and growth of the members even though our journey with them has ended,” it added.
BTOB — an acronym for Born To Beat — debuted in March 2012 as a six-member group. The K-pop band is known for composing and producing most of their own music as well as having one of the best vocals in a group.
The band is known for hit songs such as ‘Missing You,’ ‘Only One for Me,’ and ‘Beautiful Pain and have built a loyal fanbase, known as Melody. On May 2, they released its 12th EP ‘Wind and Wish.’
Hongseok departs

It revealed in a statement that they mutually decided to end Hongseok’s exclusive contract after thoroughly discussing his future activities.
He joins other bandmates Wooseok, Yeo One, Kino, Yan An, and Yuto who have also parted ways with their agency last month. Aside from Shinwon, contracts of remaining members Hui and Jinho were temporarily halted due to their mandatory military service.
