aespa has officially been added to the 2025 Mawazine Festival lineup in Morocco, marking a major moment for the K-pop quartet in the MENA region.
Morocco debut
The group, known for its futuristic concept and chart-topping hits like ‘Next Level’ and ‘Spicy,’ will perform in Rabat, Morocco, on June 24 at the music festival’s main stage, OLM Souissi, in Rabat.
aespa will make history as the first K-pop girl group to perform at the iconic event. Their addition to the lineup follows last year’s historic performance by ATEEZ, who became the first K-pop boy group to take the Mawazine stage.
The quartet’s appearance at Mawazine follows a number of Korean acts performing in the region. EXO’s Chen, CIX, Gaho, K.Will, and others performed in Dubai this year so far.
aespa will join regional and international music artists such as Will Smith, Becky G, Ragheb Alama, and Wael Jassar.

This year’s Mawazine festival will be held from June 20-28 in Rabat.
