Lee Do-hyun’s official Instagram account was hacked late Wednesday night.
Hacking activity
All of the actor’s past posts were replaced with random photos of rats, people, and the Brazilian flag.
“Hacking activities such as blocking the account’s real user’s access and the deletion of posts were detected on Lee Do-hyun’s personal Instagram account this morning,” his agency Yue Hua Entertainment said in a statement on Wednesday, according to Korea joongAng Daily. “We have requested [that Instagram] recover his posts and take action for the damages done by the hacker.”
The suspected hacker wrote in a post in Portuguese that he was playing a prank but intends to restore the actor’s Instagram account back to normal.
Rising actor
Lee debuted as an actor in 2017’s black comedy series ‘Prison Playbook.’ He is known for his performances in shows like JTBC’s ’18 Again,’ Netflix’s ‘Sweet Home’ and KBS’s ‘Youth of May’. He is set star alongside Song Hye-kyo in Netflix series ‘The Glory.’
