PLEDIS Entertainment has announced the official end of its exclusive contract with Baekho, which will conclude on March 14, 2025.

After thoughtful and honest discussions between the two parties regarding the future direction of Baekho’s career, it has been mutually agreed that their partnership will come to a close.
The agency expressed its heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support Baekho has received from his fans over the years. “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans who have shown unwavering love and support for BAEKHO,” the statement read on a Weverse post, acknowledging the strong bond between the artist and his loyal fanbase, known as dOnO.
As a token of his appreciation to the fans, Baekho will release a special digital single on March 14. This song will mark the conclusion of his official activities under PLEDIS Entertainment, providing fans with one last musical gift before he embarks on his new journey.
PLEDIS Entertainment also took a moment to reflect on their time working together with Baekho. “We are truly grateful to BAEKHO for working with us all these years,” the agency stated, expressing their best wishes for his future. Career
Baekho, born Kang Dong-ho, made his debut in the K-pop industry as a member of the five-member boy group NU’EST in 2012. After 11 years of a successful career, the group officially disbanded in March 2022. While Baekho and Minhyun renewed their contracts with PLEDIS Entertainment, the other three members—Aron, JR, and Ren—parted ways with the agency.
