The music video tells a heartwarming story of an astronaut, played by Jin, who accidentally landed on Earth and finds moments of wonder and joy throughout the journey. Martin makes a cameo as a news presenter delivering the breaking news.
‘The Astronaut’ marks his first official solo single following bandmate J-Hope, who dropped his first solo album, ‘Jack In The Box,’ in July.
Jin flew down to Argentina to perform the song at Coldplay’s concert in Buenos Aires.
After wrapping up promotional activities for his debut solo single, Jin is set to enlist for mandatory military service at the end of the month.
