NCT Dream’s winter-themed EP ‘Candy’ has amassed 2 million preorder copies, according to SM Entertainment.
NCT’s subunit brought back the classic K-Pop song ‘Candy’ originally recorded by the five-member boy band H.O.T. in 1996 for its six-track release. It’s the perfect treat for fans and fit for the youthful energy of SM Entertainment’s young K-Pop boy band.
The title track ranked high on the real-time songs charts of Korea’s domestic music services, including Melon, Genie and Flo.
The mini album also includes tracks ‘Moon,’ ‘Graduation,’ ‘Tangerine Love (Favorite),’ ‘Take My Breath,’ and ‘Walk With You.’
The K-Pop band’s comeback marks its first release since ‘Beatbox,’ the repackaged version of ‘Glitch Mode,’ its second full-length album that came out in March. The two albums have sold a combined 3.61 million copies.
