Netflix has released a preview video of its 2024 lineup of movies, games, and series giving a brief glimpse of the new season of ‘Squid Game.’
Season 2 details
The clip features Seong Gi-hun, the show’s protagonist, vowing to find the shady organizer of the survival game in what appears to be a scene that occurs shortly after the ending of season one. He abandons his plans to go to the US and starts a chase with a motive.
The new season will feature several new cast members. New cast members include Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Choi Seung-hyun, Roh Jae-won, Jo Yuri, and Won Ji-an.
Director Hwang Dong-hyuk became the first Asian to win Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series.
