OMEGA X revealed that it has won the lawsuit against its former agency, SPIRE Entertainment, for contract termination.
The group in a statement on Instagram thanked fans and says it will repay them with better music and more.
Legal dispute
Omega X members and their legal representatives held a press conference at the Seoul Bar Association building in Seocho, Seoul, last November.
First allegation of violence broke out in October on the last day of Omega X’s initial US tour.
Omega X debut
Omega X’s members Jaehan, Hwichan, Sebin, Hangyeom, Taedong, Xen, Jehyun, Kevin, Junghoon, Hyuk, and Yechan have been in previous groups, with many appearing on reality TV shows, too.
The K-pop band released debut EP ‘Vamos’ in 2021, and released second EP ‘Love Me Like’ and debut studio album ‘Story Written in Music.’
