Korean R&B singer-songwriter Min Jiwoon dropped her third single ‘If You Were The Rain’ featuring singer-rapper Crush on March 17.
The R&B-pop track captures the longing for someone through the metaphor of falling rain. Min Jiwoon’s emotional delivery paired with Crush’s captivating vocals, brings out the song’s delicate and intricate emotions.
Min Jiwoon contributed to both the songwriting and composition, just as she has in her previous singles, and collaborated with producer haventseenyou and singer-songwriter Ziyoon. Crush also participated in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement of the song.
She is the first artist under KRUCIALIZE, SM Entertainment’s contemporary R&B label. Min Jiwoon debuted in October 2024 with single ‘Sentimental Love’ and later released a remix version featuring American hip-hop group Slum Village.
In December 2024, she followed up with her second single, ‘Someone,’ an urban pop R&B track that continued to highlight her artistry.
