‘Single’s Inferno’
‘Single’s Inferno’ is centered around contestants coupling up to ditch their home base for the more idyllic luxury hotel “paradise” depending on their choice. But this season takes a different turn, with new rules and locations.
“What used to be ‘Paradise’ and ‘Inferno’ will change completely,” Yoo Ki Hwan, Netflix’s unscripted lead for Korea, told Tudum last year. “Especially when it comes to ‘Paradise’ — it won’t just be a luxurious resort, but more of a special and intimate place where the couples have a chance to dive deeper into each other’s emotions, elevating the romance.”
The panelists include actress Lee Da-hee, Super Junior member Kyuhyun, rapper Hanhae, comedian Hong Jin-kyung, and Season 2 cast member Dex.
‘Single’s Inferno” has garnered global attention. The first season became the first Korean unscripted series to debut on the streamer’s most popular non-English TV list for three consecutive weeks after its release in December 2021.
Premiered in December 2022, the season season surpassed the previous season’s record. It stayed for four consecutive weeks, clocking in 65.08 million cumulative viewing hours.
What to watch out for
The rest of the series will drop every week thereafter until January 9, 2024.
