Suzy, one of Korea’s most recognized and established stars, is set to return to the music scene with the digital single ‘Cape’ on Thursday.
The singer-songwriter is said to have written lyrics for the folk-based melodic track and is different from what she has done in the past.
The new song comes seven months after dropping ‘Satellite’ and her second collaboration with singer-songwriter and producer Kang Hyun-min, who worked on the February track.
Suzy was formally introduced as a member of the now-disbanded girl group Miss A under JYP Entertainment in 2010. A year later, she made her first TV drama appearance in ‘Dream High’ and has since seen securing more acting gigs. She starred in ‘Start-Up,’ ‘Vagabond,’ and ‘While You Were Sleeping.’
