‘The Glory’ debuted in the top 10 in the TV category in 19 countries following its release on Netflix, including the Middle East, according to its weekly viewership chart.

According to its weekly viewership chart, it was trending in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE for the December 26, 2022 – January 1, 2023 week. It was also a hit in Morocco.
‘The Glory’ debuted at number three on the Non-English TV list, garnering 25.41 million hours of viewing globally since its launch on the streaming platform on December 30.
During the week, other Korean titles such as the drama ‘Alchemy of Souls (Part 2)’ and reality dating competition ‘Singles Inferno’ returned to Netflix’s weekly list.
‘The Glory’
‘The Glory’ depicts the story of a woman, played by Song Hye-kyo, who plots an elaborate revenge scheme years after surviving horrific abuse in high school. The Korean drama features an all-star cast, including Lee Do-hyun, Lim Ji-Yeon, and Park Sung-hoon.
It is created by top writer Kim Eun-sook, known for other popular dramas such as ‘Guardian: The Lonely and Great God’ and ‘Mr. Sunshine.’ An Gil-ho of ‘Stranger S1’ and ‘Memories of the Alhambra,’ took on directing the South Korean revenge series.
