Actor and singer Lee Jun-ho, a member of K-pop group 2PM, is entering a new chapter in his career with the launch of his agency, O3 Collective.
New agency
The agency describes itself as a “creative collective” operating at the intersection of three pillars—One, Original, and Orbit—shaping a distinctive creative trajectory. “One” represents the artist’s singular identity, “Original” reflects the uniqueness and innovation of the content, and “Orbit” embodies a management system that honors each artist’s path while cultivating new creative currents.
“O3 Collective is a collaborative brand system where artists, content, and team equally take center stage. Together, we aim to design and realize collective growth and expansion,” Lee said in a statement. “Like a veiled yet powerful force shielding the Earth’s atmosphere, our collective presence is grounded in deep insight, connection, and inspiration. Together, we create culture and aspire to transform the air of our time.”
The agency is said to have been co-founded by Yang Hye-young, former marketing planning manager at CJ ENM’s Brand Strategy Office.
Lee joins a growing list of stars who have recently founded their own agencies, including BLACKPINK’s Jennie (ODD ATELIER), Lisa (LLOUD), and Jisoo (BLISSOO), as well as Jo In-sung and Cha Tae-hyun (Basecamp Company).
Lee’s career
Lee debuted as a member of 2PM in 2008, began his acting career with the film ‘Cold Eyes’ and has appeared in TV dramas including ‘Good Manager,’ ‘Rain or Shine,’ ‘The Red Sleeve,’ and ‘King the Land.’ He is set to return to the screen later this year in the upcoming tvN drama ‘Typhoon Family ‘and the Netflix original series ‘Cashero.’
The singer-actor decided to end his contract with JYP Entertainment in March 2025. While Lee’s exclusive contract expired on April 15, the Korean entertainment agency will continue managing his activities in Japan.
Earlier this year, the French luxury menswear brand Berluti appointed him as its Korean ambassador.
